MEMBERSHIP
The ultimate Goal/Mission of our Real Estate Investors’ (REI) Club is to raise capital in order to purchase and then resale bulk real estate which in turn will help stabilize the current unbalanced real estate market. Our REI CLUB puts cash directly in all our member’s pocket every month. Membership entitles you to participate in all our REI CLUB’s educational and networking programs which are held once monthly, and to conveniently earn extra supplemental income. For every member brought into the club directly through an active member, that member earns a 10% commision of the new CLUB member’s dues every month, providing all our members with residual income. We believe membership will provide invaluable benefits to all real estate professionals, to include: Layman, Investors, Builders and Developers, Real Estate Brokers and Agents, For Sale By Owners, Landlords, and all others in the real estate industry as a whole. As a Professional Real Estate Corporation, we have been in this industry for many decades, we offer many opportunities for all club members to meet other members and network in order to create new business opportunities and to market their own business more effectively. Membership Benefits Include: Major discounts on all of our services, including our construction services. We offer all our BASIC MEMBERS 5% discount on all our construction services, 3% discount on all our properties we have for sale, An additonal 2% return above and beyond the amount of cash invested towards the purchase of bulk real estate for the CLUB. Our ADVANCE MEMBERS dine for free at all scheduled breakfast and dinner meetings, 10% discount on all construction services, 5% discount on all our properties that we have for sale, and an additional 4% return above and beyond the amount of cash invested towards the purchasing of bulk real estate for the CLUB. Both our BASIC MEMBERS and ADVANCE MEMBERS cash returns are dictated by what he or she contributes to the pool for the purchase of bulk real estate.
EXAMPLE:
If the club raises $100,000 towards the purchasing of bulk real estate and an Advance Member puts in $2,000 in the pool, and the entire club makes a profit of $50,000 from the resale of these properties. This is a total of $150,000 that has to be distributed between all contributing members. This Advance Member originally contributed $2,000 (which is 2% of $100,000), this Advance Member will in return get a check for 5% of $150,000 (which is a check for $7,500.00). Payouts are distributed every quarter, based on what funds were raised within this time frame, if no real estate closings take place within any given quarter, then all funds are rolled over into the next quarter. (NOTE: If this was a BASIC MEMBER he would receive a check for $6,000.00)
BASIC MEMBERSHIP OPTION
Basic Individual Membership is $19.99 monthly dues for individual membership in our Bascic REI CLUB.
Emerging Leaders (Eligibility 18-25): $99.00 per year for membership in our REI CLUB.
ADVANCE MEMBERSHIP OPTION
Advance Individual Membership is $29.99 monthly dues. Members who pay up for the year are granted a discounted fee of $299.99.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP OPTION
Annual Membership dues are discounted to $299.99 per year for a one year membership in our REI CLUB, these individuals receive all the benefits of an Advance Member.
BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP OPTION: $600 per year for a minimum of 3 individuals from each individual firm. Each additional person from your firm is $50 additional per year (Any additional member over 3).
BREAKFAST, LUNCH, AND DINNER MEETINGS Meetings are held at various convenient locations close to our members with expert speakers attending meetings discussing new real estate trends beneficial to our members. These meetings provide updates on the current trends in the industry and provide the opportunity for discussion of issues directly affecting our members. At various times of the year we have joint meetings with other real estate groups. We network and share the camaraderie with people in the real estate industry.
